Warning to all my watchers

Keep virus and spy-ware protection software active and updated at all times. Run full system scans daily. I just use Norton because my ISP provides it for free. For possible spyware hacks I like to use Malware Bytes. If possible, you can also use a VPN client such as www.privateinternetaccess.com/ so they cannot get your IP address or DNS. Never give out personal information that could compromise your security. Do not use passwords that could be easy to guess such as the names of pets, family, friends, girlfriends, etc. Use strong passwords including both numbers and letters, capitals and lowercase, and at least one symbol. Change your password at least once a month.

I may be beating a dead horse here and stating the obvious, but some of these things I mentioned are often over-looked, so I'm just putting in my two cents.
